Description of the training:
The thermography drone training is intended for people wishing to acquire the techniques necessary for collecting thermographic data as part of a professional activity. During the course of this training, you will be taught knowledge on the technical aspects in a first step, then in a second phase you will understand the location of heat losses in a building, the detection of faulty photovoltaic cells on our different flight sites, the collection of data before analyzing them and transcribing them in the form of an expert report.
The training prepares our learners to be fully operational for a drone thermography mission.
What is thermography:
Infrared thermography is a technique that consists of producing thermal images by infrared which highlight temperature differences through color schemes. The image, called a thermogram, is then analyzed by a thermal technician.

It is used to identify temperature differences, which can be very useful in many trades for inspecting and controlling all types of structures.
- In the building, as part of the energy renovation of the Grenelle Environment Forum, thermography makes it easy to identify heat loss; the red areas on the images indicate thermal bridges and places where the insulation is defective.
- Searching for wet areas or leaks in buildings, on roads or any other areas.
- Inspection of photovoltaic farms and control of solar panels

- In agriculture to study soils and monitor cereal crops, vines or others.
- For tracking and counting wild animals.
- For municipalities concerned about energy management and wishing to raise awareness among residents by encouraging them to carry out thermal insulation work on their homes by showing them infrared photos from aerial thermography carried out in their neighborhood
